Shipping policy

We ship almost everywhere on earth, a tracking number is available with every package as well and will be sent via email the day it leaves the office. If you live in an area that is not covered by our shipping system, please contact us, we will try to process your order manually.

Processing time usually takes 1-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will notify you of the carrier and the shipment tracking number. It usually takes a few days for tracking information to be active.

We can provide shipping within 21 days for the following countries (when choosing the option: RPX, TNT, DHL or UPS):
Germany, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Austria, United States, Canada, Australia.

But paying a little extra can speed up things:
USA - 5 days
CANADA - 5 days
EU - about 7 days
REST OF EUROPE - about 10 days
AUSTRALIA - about 7 days
REST OF THE WORLD - please use the checkout process

Customs and import might be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. For low amounts mostly charges even are not actual. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
In the event that you entered the wrong address on checkout, you will be charged 5 to 20USD for corrections (depending on the shipping method you chose).
