If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. If you choose to return your goods, please use the option with tracking number. All cost associated with returning the goods are on the buyer.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund. It can take up to 7 days for a return to be processed once we have received your parcel. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method. If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us, as soon as possible to cancel the order and refund your payment.
If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel it; however, you can return the unopened product for a full refund or exchange it for something else. If you need to edit or make changes to your order after it has been submitted, please contact us. Depending on the situation, we may be able to make the needed changes without canceling the order.
Customer has 60 days after placing the order to file a dispute or open a claim, after this time period has passed, all orders are treated as delivered, finalized and archived.
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Slovenian courts.
